While my pieces are made to be durable, intentional destruction of a piece will not be refunded. Stainless steel is a common material I use however, there will be pieces with alloy components (almost always decorative) Though I doubt something like rain would destroy a piece, please avoid direct contact with water such as showers or swimming to preserve your jewelry's beauty.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email our support within a week of delivery at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help! In the event that it is damaged, we will gladly accept returns. Please note that as we are a very small business, we cannot provide return labels and returns will be at the buyer's expense. Refunds for returns will be given upon us receiving the damaged product back to us.
We do not accept returns under the circumstance that you no longer want the item/have buyer's remorse. Unless the item is damaged, our products are final sale.
